Villa Beatrice is a luxury 18th century villa with pool encompassing the authenticity and character of Tuscany, making it the ideal accommodation for a family and group vacation.
The property consists of 2 independent houses - known as Parts 'A' and 'B' - with separate automatic entrance gates, parking areas and services. Part A contains 4 bedrooms and Part B has 3, totaling 7 air conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs. Each house has its own equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwashing machine and satellite TV.
Surrounded by 18 acres of olive groves, the villa provides an ideal base for visits to famous Tuscan art cities and as a refuge in which to relax. The swimming pool lies on the lower level of the 3,000 sq.m. garden and gives a wide view of the valley below. Equipped with hydro massage and swim jet system for water exercises, the pool is slightly saline and contains the same percentage of salt as the human eye. The changing room with shower and bathroom prevents guests from having to travel into the house just after a swim. There is a sunbathing area with umbrellas, chairs, tables and other furniture. Further down to the right of the pool is a gazebo with chairs to sit back and enjoy the view.
Villa Beatrice is located a short distance from Lucca and allows guests to conveniently visit many areas of Tuscany. The panoramic property is located near Viareggio, Versilia, Forte dei Marmi, Garfagnana, the beach of Versilia, Le Cinque Terre and the fashion-conscious town of Montecatini Terme. It is also very close to six 18-hole golf courses, numerous vineyards and typical trattories.
