Impruneta is a typical Casa Colonica of the 16th century, situated in a panoramic position on top of a hill filled with olive groves. The villa is a typical Florentine structure and has been totally renovated using original materials, beautiful antiques and art pieces, bringing the original features to life again.
There is a large porch with a stone table for 10 people, perfect for dining alfresco or having breakfast, with an adjacent sunbathing area. A separate building has been set up as the laundry facility with a washing machine and dryer for guests to use. The Tuscan-tiled swimming pool and surrounding lawn equipped with outdoor furniture, is at the disposal of all guests. Guests also have courtesy cell phones to use with pre-paid cards.
The main villa sleeps up to 10 guests and features a dining area with fireplace and living area with TV. The kitchen, with four-burner gas stove, dishwasher, electric oven and refrigerator, has glass windows overlooking the living area. There is also an entertainment room with billiard table, book library, and piano.
The first cottage is a 400 sq.ft. residence. It features an attractive lounge with corner kitchen, queen bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bathroom with shower, Satellite TV, central heating and outside private courtyard.
The second cottage is a 600 sq.ft., 2-floor stone house. On the ground floor is the kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as the lounge with fireplace. The first floor has a queen bedroom, a single bedroom, and bathroom with shower. The cottage has satellite TV and a small independent courtyard with a table for dining in the open air.
The third cottage is a 550 sq. ft. studio flat with stone walls. The corner kitchen features a gas stove with 4 burners, electric oven, refrigerator, a queen bed, a single bed on the upper split-level, as well as a large bathroom with shower. The cottage is equipped with satellite TV and independent central heating and al fresco dining.
