Alfamagia can be found in one of the many valleys rich with arable land in Maremma area in southern Tuscany. The countryside is a stunning view and the location is most convenient for those who love the sea, but also want to enjoy the peacefulness of a house in the country.
Renovated internally and built on the ruins of an old farmhouse, Alfamagia is a 3,660sq.ft property accessible by a rarely-used gravel track, on which one side is the owner's land. All the windows in the house have panoramic view and on the ground floor, the French windows of the large living area face onto one side of the pool. From the kitchen there is a small portico with outdoor furniture making it ideal for dining under the stars.
